Daric Academy is a comprehensive virtual education, skill-building, research, and professional training system leveraging the academic, educational, professional, university, and media capacities of the country.
این مجموعه با استفاده از بسترها و ظرفیتهای قانونی و اجرایی زیر فعالیت میکند: This institution operates using the following legal and operational platforms:
دریک آکادمی از نظر عملکرد، نقش یک دانشگاه مجازی تخصصی و مهارتمحور را ایفا میکند؛ اما صدور هر نوع مدرک دانشگاهی، گواهی رسمی یا گواهی مهارتی صرفاً در حدود مجوزها و با نام و تأیید نهاد قانونی مربوط انجام خواهد شد. Daric Academy functions as a specialized, skill-oriented virtual university; however, the issuance of any academic degree, official certificate, or skill certificate will be conducted strictly within the scope of legal permissions and under the name and endorsement of the relevant regulatory body.

دریک آکادمی باید بتواند میان آموزش دانشگاهی، مهارت حرفهای، بازار واقعی، فناوری، سرمایهگذاری و اشتغال ارتباط برقرار کند و دانشپذیر را از مرحله آموزش مقدماتی تا سطح تخصص، دریافت گواهی، ورود به بازار کار و راهاندازی کسبوکار همراهی نماید. استادان از میان اعضای هیئتعلمی، اقتصاددانان، مدیران بانکی، فعالان بازار سرمایه، معاملهگران حرفهای، متخصصان فناوری، کارشناسان بلاکچین، گوهرشناسان، کارشناسان طلا و فلزات و مدیران کسبوکار انتخاب میشوند. Instructors are selected from among faculty members, economists, banking managers, capital market professionals, expert traders, technology specialists, blockchain experts, gemologists, gold & metals specialists, and business managers.

دریک آکادمی میتواند متناسب با نوع دوره، گواهیهای زیر را ارائه کند: Daric Academy may issue the following certificates depending on the course type:
صدور گواهی دانشگاهی یا رسمی منوط به رعایت مقررات و تأیید دانشگاه جامع علمیکاربردی، سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفهای یا سایر مراجع صلاحیتدار خواهد بود. Issuance of university or official certificates is contingent upon compliance with regulations and approval by the University of Applied Sciences, the Technical & Vocational Training Organization, or other authorized bodies.

The financial system must transparently record and distribute the shares of instructors, the academy, the platform, the certificate-issuing institution, advertising, taxes, insurance, and other contractual costs.
